The people behind the gym

You don't
have to be
a fighter.

You just have to be willing to start. Meet the people who walked through the door looking for something more.

The community

This is what
a boxing gym
actually looks like.

Not everyone here wants to fight professionally. Most people don't.

Some came to get fit. Some wanted to learn something new. Some needed a challenge. Some were simply looking for somewhere they could belong.

Different reasons brought us through the door. We're just glad we walked through it.

You don't have to be a fighter to find your place here.

“I thought boxing
wasn't for people
like me.”

Member name / Training since 2024

I had never boxed before. Walking into a boxing gym for the first time was honestly intimidating.

Everyone seemed to know what they were doing, and I wasn't sure if I was going to fit in. That changed pretty quickly.

I came for the fitness. I stayed because I started enjoying the training and the people I was training with.

“I didn't know
a gym could feel
like this.

Member name / Training since 2023

I wasn't looking to become a boxer. I just wanted somewhere I could train without feeling like I was doing the same workout every day.

What surprised me most was the people. You start recognising faces, training together, encouraging each other.

You realise pretty quickly that everyone is working on something.

Why I started A new challenge
What changed Consistency
My advice Come as you are

Member name / Training since 2025

I wasn't interested in fighting. I wanted to get stronger, improve my fitness and find something I actually enjoyed doing.

Boxing gave me all of that, but it also gave me a group of people who make showing up a lot easier.

There's always someone pushing you through the last round.

“Everyone has
a first round.

Member name / Training since 2022

The hardest part wasn't the workout. It was deciding to walk through the door in the first place.

Once I realised nobody expected me to be good at boxing on day one, everything changed.

You learn, you get better, and eventually you're the person encouraging someone else through their first session.

Why I started Something new
What changed Self-belief
My advice Don't overthink it

Everyone
starts somewhere.

“I was nervous that I'd be the least experienced person there.”
“I thought boxing was only for people who wanted to fight.”
“I hadn't exercised properly in years.”
“I didn't know anyone when I started.”

Now?

“I don't want to miss a session.”

More than a training partner

You don't
have to do
this alone.

There is something different about training alongside people who are working toward their own goals while still making room for yours.

01 Train together

Everyone brings a different level of experience.

02 Push each other

Some days you need the extra push. Some days you're the one giving it.

03 Belong here

You don't need to earn your place in the room.

What actually
happens when
you show up.

01

Walk in

Leave the nerves at the door.

02

Warm up

Get moving and get your heart rate up.

03

Learn

Your coach shows you what to do.

04

Work

05
